Ideas for Vegan Snacks

Today I needed something sweet. I´m trying to save money, so instead of buying more things, I took a look at my pantry and mixed what I had.

I ended up making cookies with chocolate chips and nuts, some delicious vegan sweets.

Every time I try a different recipe, as I have different types of flours, nuts, flavours and textures in general.

Today it was like this:

-2 cups of whole-grain spelt flour

-1 cup of oats milk

-1 spoon of melted coconut oil

-1 teaspoon of baking powder

-1 teaspoon of crushed seeds

-1 teaspoon of almond powder

-1 spoon of shredded coconuts

-half a cup of crashed dark chocolate

-half a cup of crushed nuts

I mixed it all and let it rest for half an hour.

I haven´t been able to use my oven much, is very old and sometimes food can take hours to make. So I use the pan instead:

Today my body is asking for some extra something. I walked to one of my cannabis clubs and biked back, my share of cardio has been done today. Is winter in Barcelona and I´m also ovulating. I had to add organic peanut butter and more nuts on top.

The recipe needs improvement. I don´t use any kind of sugar, so is still missing something. But I really enjoyed them anyway. I ate them all!
