Vegan Snacks for today

These are also flour and gluten free! It got my attentions because it has turmeric.

The recipe today came from

I mixed all these ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup of shredded medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into little balls. 

And that’s it!
