Mixing my left-overs of flour – Vegan pizza and vegan naan

In my pantry I have different types of flours, is fun to try the same recipe with different ingredients and compare.

Making easy pizza

-1 cup of whole grain flour with 1/4 cup of rye flour.

-1 cup of water.

-1 teaspoon of crashed seeds

-1 teaspoon of salt.

Let it rest for half an hour.

After kneading the dough, I put it in the oven to toast one side first. After toasting, add tomato sauce and veggies.

Making easy naans

-2 cups of wheat flour with sunflower seeds and 1/4 cup of rye flour.

-1 cup of water

-1 spoon of melted coconut oil

-1/2 teaspoon of salt

-2 teaspoons of crushed seeds

-1/2 teaspoon of yeast

I mixed everything and let it rest for an hour. On the pan I use coconut oil.

Luckily, today my roommate said she was making vegan curry, the combination was perfect!

I always add 1/2 teaspoon of hemp seeds and 1/2 of mixed crushed seeds
