A couple of years ago, I either didn’t have any breakfast or I had a coffee with a croissant. I didn’t really pay attention to it.
Since I started to cut the meat, I realized I needed to eat better throughout the day to feel more energy.
During 2020 lockdown, after spending so many months at home, my breakfast routine started to change.
These are different examples of how my vegan breakfast could be. It varies depending on how much time I have if I’m watching calories or not, the weather, and if I´m on my period.
SUNDAY

I´m home, woke up late, and is very cold. I’m not watching calories, so my breakfast goes like this:
-1 piece of whole bread, with peanut butter and blueberry jam.
-1 banana.
– 1 teaspoon of crushed seeds (chia, sesame, flax, and poppy)
-1 teaspoon of Hemp seeds.
-Agave syrup on top.

FRIDAY
Is freezing and I´m on my period. I don´t have much time, so I made it to go.
-1/2 cup of organic oats with soy milk
-Blueberries
-Pecan nuts
-1/2 spoon of Peanut butter
-1/2 teaspoon of hemp seeds
-1/2 teaspoon of crushed seeds
